- Free address investigation. We never charge extra for address investigation. What’s more is we don’t give up easily. We’ll leave no stone unturned when it comes to tracking things down.
- Free rush service. Got a job that requires special attention? We handle each request as carefully and expeditiously as possible, but if you need something extra fast, we’ll do whatever it takes to get your records ASAP!
- Bates stamping. That’s right, all of your records will arrive with sequential page numbering. We know how important this is for summarizing and locating information.
- Affidavits provided for non-compliance. In the rare event that we are unable to obtain compliance in getting authorizations or records, we will provide you with an affidavit outlining our attempts. We hope this will assist you in the event that you need to file a motion to compel.
- Third-party billing is available. We’ve worked directly with many insurance companies over the years. Just let us know if you’re interested in this option. It’s our job to make your job easier and we’ll do whatever it takes.
- HIPAA Compliant. Privacy is important to us. The Health Information Portability and Accountability Act mandates that information be safeguarded from misuse. We are fully compliant with HIPAA regulations.
